Yesterday I took a stab at forecasting, which is part of the scenario planning exercise I wrote about earlier on this blog.
I started to consider how much money is needed to make an investment in an apartment in Ireland.
I considered how much money we currently have and will eventually have from the selling of the apartments.
To each entry, I added a percentage of probability.
Finally, I put together a rough estimate of the revenue we could generate monthly while in Ireland as well as the revenue we could generate monthly once we move to Italy.
I then started researching and pondering about the best investment once we are in Italy.
By all means, this is far from being accurate but it gives us an idea about the range of revenue we could be looking at, all going well.
