If we bought a 1-2 bed apartment in Dublin (by mid-2025), we could get a €2,000-2,500 rent per month.
If we got this rent, we could cover current mortgage plus expenses like food.
If we got a mortgage in Italy to buy 2-3 cheap investment properties to renovate and rent out (by the end of 2025), we could have additional passive income to cover for Bianca’s salary.
If this is the case, we could move to Italy (end of 2026).
